Our name.
At Pulsar, we draw inspiration from the energy of pulsar stars.
First observed in 1967, pulsars are rapidly rotating neutron stars that emit electromagnetic radiation in beams from their magnetic poles, rather than rotational poles. This generates a flashing effect visible only when the beam is directed towards Earth. This gives pulsars their distinctive blinking appearance and earning them the description as the 21st century's lighthouses. Pulsar stars play a vital role in navigating the universe, and reminding us of the fragility of our existence.
Our name embodies our conviction that scale, time, patience, and impact are essential components in achieving long-term objectives. We are dedicated to driving the implementation of high-impact innovations and large-scale solutions to tackle the environmental challenges arising in our ever developing world.
Ultimately, our goal is to create a lasting, positive influence on the society in which we all live, and to carefully protect our planet's environment for the generations that follow us.
